I have been having a hard time with this, lets say if it includes a Nintendo IP (its half Mario) then no, similiar to how Fire Emblem Warriors wont be considered a "third party" (not in this thread at least)

I consider that 2nd party. It's exclusive, but not made by the 1st party.
