Nothing, but minecraft does. Also Rocket League doesnt have cross-platform voice chat and certainly won't use the Nintendo App to do so. No one will be using the Nintendo App to voice-chat on Xbox/PC

So neither of the games you mentioned make sense with what you're trying to say, but you don't really care if what you say makes sense as evident by your history, all that matters is if it supports the company you like and not those you dislike.

So you think Switch owners will have to use XBL for voice chat on Minecraft?

Do any games have cross platform voice chat other than Windows-XBL? It's the platform itself that's responsible for VC on every system isn't it? Steam, PSN, XBL. That's why an app (assuming anyone can use it) is a good option for cross platform voice chat and friend's list.
