It's 2017. They do take a while to make. Bloodborne took about 3 years, Destiny took 4 years, Watch Dogs took 4-5 years, and Horizon took a bit longer than that. If they open up a studio today, we likely won't see their new game until 2021 at the earliest. Patience is a virtue. If you want quality, you won't get it overnight.  

They do, but Microsoft do not have time. Theyve made bad decision after bad decsion and it hurt even more to non-traditionally be the worst company at first party for three gens in a row.
