Eurogamer had been giving access to the final specs machine by April 6th. I'm not making speculation on what final hardware is, Eurogamer had final hardware.

So final specs reveal is somehow conclusive when actual Dev kits arrived to developers.  Does that make any sense to you.  So between April and what timeframe in April to E3 because even then if a late April date when the kit was sent to E3 thats still pretty much within a Month time frame.
