In terms of actual GAMES shown, not logos/announcements/console politics, I would agree.
MS had the best showing.
Sea of Theives (which as an incredible soundtrack btw), Crackdown, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, Metro Exodus, Forza, State of Decay, Cuphead, Ori 2, and that Blade Runner style game that looked amazing, along with Anthem on XBox One X.
