They mentioned that they had not gotten it all translated yet for E3. If they had 2 more weeks they coudl have been ready.
So no, nothing about dual audio, just the game not fully localized yet for E3. But seing how much they have done and their 2 weeks comment should aleviate some fears about not releasing this year.
