Actually I have looked into the Stam link but there are a few things that is definitly needed for this to work.  You definitely need a wired connection.  Currently this is not going to happen in my home.  I use to have a wired connection but wife complained to much so I removed them.  You need to make sure your router is compatible.  If not you will get all kinds of crazy lag.  I am still looking at the steam link and once wireless works without issues, I will pull the string.
