Is this the best time to be a Nintendo fan in a long time?

Out of all the eras I would say this is probably the potential best, the 3DS having one of the best swan songs of any platforms with the Switch unifying the library onto one platform in future. I highlighted in the E3 thread of the Switch's progress so far:

March - BOTW
April - MK8DX
May - Minecraft
June - Arms
July - Splatoon 2
August - M+R, MHXX (in Japan)
September - Pokken DX
October - Mario Odyssey, Skyrim
November - Fire Emblem Warriors, Zelda DLC, Rocket League
December - Xenoblade 2 if not the previous month

The aren't many platforms that have a first year like this with a follow up year that could be just as good while still having a number of potential tricks in the bag. The 9th gen (don't care about the usual arguments) could be the best era for a Nintendo platform.
