Yes, "exclusive" or "not exclusive" is as black & white as it gets, no matter how much some people try to water down the the meaning of that word.

It is binary, just like "pregnant"... either you are pregnant or you aren't.

So if MS said console exclusive then they would technically correct.  Meaning you can only play this game on their console out of all the other consoles.
