Should it not be called the Xbox 9? Unless you refer to Final Fantasy IX as being Final Fantasy One X or Wrestlemania X8 as being..... X 8 and not 18. The system is called the Xbox 9, probably to reflect the German interest in it.
Edit - btw , no absolutely not buying the console, as someone with an X360, ps4, Switch and PC the system offers nothing to me, other than the Size is the only impressive thing about the console, but lack of software just kills it for me.
