Nah it almost sounds confusing. At least it would be confusing to someone who isn't a gamer. They could have just said "timed" exclusive to kill any and all doubt so that nothing is misconstrued.

Yea but if they do that they run the risk of people waiting and just buying it on PS4.  They are hoping that now in the confusion they are causing people rush to the store to buy the XB1 version since they heard the word exclusive and thus it must be an XB1 only thing.
