Well that's what I'm hoping for too, but I think if Retro's game is Metroid it's going to be Prime 4. 

I hope they do a new, proper, Metroid, but I'd prefer if it's a new game that continues the story of Samus Aran instead of a new game that has to find its place among the other Metroid games.

Plus, this would allow for a completely new enemy.
