Well I said "If", I'm just going off the rumours that talked about changes in gameplay mechainics, It could be completely the same I'm not denying that.

Well, based on what I've seen from the video, it looks like all the basic Monster Hunter conventions are in place. Any changes that are being made seem to be so that it will appeal to a Western fanbase.
