Actual Kaz has acknowledged the fake account before on stage with this shot
Can see 2 fake Kaz tweets in the corner

and
"We are not actually showing a new game conference tonight, it will be a HD remaster of a classic press conference"
So Kaz is able to take the humour from the CEO Kaz account pretty well it seems :) Good Sense of Humour to acknowledge this stuff I think.
