no this is not the special edition that was released on the ps4 and xbox one. it looks more like the last gen version

It's not the vanilla last gen version, I can tell you that now.   Looking at the trailer several times now, I don't think it has all the features of the Special Edition, but it's definitely derived from that version, not the PS360 one.
