One thing which should help for the PlayStation conference is the fact that it's 2am or later for us Europeans. I'm sure that there's plenty of people who watched the Xbox conference who wont watch the PlayStation conference because of that. I know I wouldn't watch it if I had something to do on Tuesday early in the morning, like school or work.
