Until Frostbite is ported over to the Switch. Don't expect any Frostbite powered games.
In-fact, if you bought the Switch or any Nintendo console for that matter in the hopes it was going to be a multi-platform powerhouse... Then you bought the incorrect system. That hasn't been Nintendo for a long time.
Frostbite though is an extremely scalable engine, there is no technical reason why it couldn't run on hardware as slow as the Switch.
