Scorpio 2 won't be 9th gen it will be a better version of Scorpio and Scorpio 3 will be a better version of Scorpio 2 running the same games. So XB1 and Scorpio run the same games Scorpio 2 comes out then Scorpio and Scorpio 2 will run then same games Scorpio 3 and Scorpio 2 will run the same games etc and every game BC from 360 and xb1 will still be playable on scorpio 3 and so on.
