I'm gonna take that with a grain of salt. MS has been closing studios and hasn't bought any 3rd party exclusives that I know of in a while. If ms managed to get 3 exclusives from SE, I imagine it would have cost a fortune with the way the market is with the PS4's dominance and switch being a new arrival.
