Gold slim is $250 The 500GB is $200. could be the final price because they didnt mention if it was a temporary price so they could keep it.

If they go 50$ lower than that, to 199$ then yeah, that might put up a tiny fight vs a 249$ 1TB gold limited edition PS4 slim.

Even then though, I think most people would pay 50$ extra for a more HDD space and a stronger console, with a better lineup (imo), that also happends to be a special / limited eddition of a console.
