I'll just say this, if MS is doing VR I hope its something that makes PS VR look dated while being reasonably priced. That's what it needs to be for the masses to really adopt it

That was his point, you can get many VR games without working on them on your own. Almost all are from other devs and maybe only published or funded by Sony, something MS can do as well. 

There is Drive Club VR and a few other games. Pretty much as if MS releases Forza VR and a few other games and only pays other devs to work on these thousands of mini games or for timed exclusive VR like somethng like Resident Evil 7
