I build one on pcpartpicker.com and it came out to $3842.24. I wasn't able to do certain things (had to go with 1080 TI instead of Titan), but I compensated I think more than enough by getting more expensive things in other areas. In fact, I would say this number is rather bloated and could probably lose at least another $500-1000 if one went for bang per buck. And yes, this includes the whole office package and windows, monitor, gold power supply, and the other things you demanded like a 5k monitor. Though I didn't know which version of intel you wanted other than 8 core?
