The people who care about FIFA on Switch, are casual players who does not go on video game forums or website, and probably will never realize that the Switch version is a crappy one before buying it.
So EA is basically and legally scamming people into buying a poorly made version of the game, it will be poorly received, and then EA will say "We don't think there is a market for EA games on Switch".
