Appropos, a remake should sell above 10m no matter HD or not... Every pokemon remake has sold more than 10m! Perhaps, the games of 4th gen in overly superior graphics could sell like a main game, plus that these games are for many people ( including me, I love Platinum ) the best Pokemon games ever.
Third versions sells between 6.5m-8m...So you could be right, that HD version could heple a third version to sel 10m+ for the first time. ( Pokemon yellow doesn't count, it was in the era of Pokemon franchise debut ) |

And indeed, we can't be sure if the direct id for Switch, but I think it's quite likely. The official Pokémon website talks about 'big news', so I don't think it's just a Pokémon GO update.
