Banning religion would probably be impossible, but taking it out of the public eye would be nice.
I doubt it would have any affect on terrorism, as I'm pretty sure terrorism is already banned but that doesn't seem to stop them.
Getting rid of some stupid religious laws and taxing churches and mosques etc would be a great start though. I feel we need that terrorism or no terrorism.
Naturally we'll eventually have a future without fairy tails that people believe in.
