I know these "facts" that the earth is cooling and their scientific proof. What they measure is the air themperature in the Mesosphere, about 50km above ground. There, the Earth is indeed cooling down. But that's because the air is so thin and so high above our weather system (which goes up to about 15km above sea level) that it

a. doesn't have any impact on our weather or climate at all

b. because the air is so thin there, it almost can't keep any heat. What it measures is purely solar radiation, which has indeed diminished.

And for some more empiric facts: When i was a little kid, we had lots of snow every winter. Now I can count the days with snowfall on a single hand, most of the time it's raining now. It kept getting less and less almost every year during my teen/young adult years, and apart from a short period around 2010, snowfall has gotten really scarce by now.
