I rate it equal to the first, even if that is "cheating".
I rewatched the first one again after and I still love it and the sequel. The tone through both is right, and it does enough different to not feel like a rehash while staying true to characters. Both juggle tons of characters so I get some getting less time than others, but over all I couldn't be happier with both.
5/5 stars, just flat out fun adventure comedy movies
