"Assuming there is an installed base, we'll be there."
So they haven't started any new projects and are waiting for it to have an installed base. What kind of installed base are they waiting for? Will they begin development when it reaches 20 million sales? 30 million? 40 million?
Suppose it sells 45 million by 2020. I'm sure then they will say "if we started development now, our game wouldn't be finished until 2023, at which point we anticipate the Switch will no longer be a viable platform."
