Wait, outdated English Swedish Penal Code, so this might not be valid anymore... Might...

the threatened person to involve an imminent danger..."
No provisions for whether actual acts were committed or otherwise, other than the offense being less severe... Read, it was very easy to make some of these claims circumstantial, like with Assange.
No better thanks to the fact they run on Civil Law like the rest of Continental Europe, so anything not mentioned will be potentially forbidden...
