Are you guys blind?  Look at the 8 second mark (perhaps someone has already pointed this out but i'm not reading 100 more posts to find out).  Trump uses his right hand on the PM's left shoulder and hugs the guy with his left arm.  The PM's right arm is around Donald and you can see it drawing back from between Trump's body and Trump's left arm at 8 seconds.  Looks like they were being jovial to me.

Can't speak for others but I was making a joke on the fact that Stoltenberg is the world's biggest wimp, and that's it. I was talking trash about the former Norwegian prime minister and no one else.
