I didn't watch the video but I'll still speculate.
A Tegra X2 based Switch will likely happen, for the sake of improving battery life.
Perhaps a "Switch Pro" where it's only a home box (compatible with grip joy cons and pro controller). Maybe Tegra X3 based, 1080p+ across the board.
