Yeah something about Apple soon releaseing a new phone and buying components that the switch has/needs.
The screen & nand, those even those motor parts for the HD rumble are giveing nintendo issues (supposedly).
Nintendo might not be able to do the planned 18m they want to ramp up production too, simply because of bidding wars and getting elbowed out by apple.
