I don't deal in predictions because Nintendo marches to the beat of their own drum. But these are things I'd be happy to see:
Metroid Prime 4 and Metroid 5 - simultaneous release
A new 2D Mario game that's NOT NSMB or Mario Maker
A new non-Mario 3D platformer
More info and/or release date for Project Octopath
New 2D Castlevania exclusive to the Switch
Star Tropics 3
More Sunsoft sequels/reboots ala Blaster Master Zero
Probably never gonna happen, but a FromSoft-exclusive game for the Switch would be neat-o
