Switch games are getting reviewed on a different bell curve than PSOne games, because of the weaker hardware, similar to the standards of indie reviews. And no, having a portable version of a game, doesn't make the Switch version superior to the PS4 version, not even close, since these games still run better on PS4/Pro, & not everyone prefers to game on mobile.
