Price cut would cause a boost, I'm just saying the IP themselves probably not so much at this stage. The PS4's trajectory is already one of success anyway so there's not much reason to change it. 

The one IP I think people are really waiting for on next-gen is GTAVI, that will be a big one. 

Price cuts typically have a lesser effect the more of them there are and the later in the life cycle they occur.

The 3rd or 4th price cut that occurs 4 years after launch isnt likely to cause YOY gains.

What i mean by trajectory is the typical sales curve of a console peaking in its 2nd or 3rd full year followed by a steady decline.
