What if Ubisoft claim the rights of The Conduit and its engine?

I'd like it, because party mode sounds like a great addition to The Conduit :D

TC has a lot of fuzz around it on the net, Ubisoft do not want to screw that up if they publish it, so they won't negatively affect it.
