I'm sure I was holding them properly and there didn't seem to be any synchronization issues. Nothing popped up on screen at least and every punch registered, just went straight even if I twisted or even pulled a hook. Movement was only going about one step at a time, which is a huge issue. I could block just fine and that registered every time. Unfortunately the "Test Punch" really doesn't let you play offline to try to figure out the issue and we only had an hour to play. I think Nintendo should give fans a 3 day beta weekend just like every other company does. They would guarantee to sell more copies, now I'm on the fence on rather I'm going to buy this game or not. the motion controls were quite unplayable as I couldn't move very well. In the end I still had a lot of fun with the Pro controller and kind of feeling some withdrawal from the game right now xD

Like Medisti said, some arms curve better than others, so that could explain the curving issue. Unfortunately I don't know what to say about about the slow movement, perhaps just not tilting enough? But hey if you enjoyed non-motion controls then there's no harm just sticking with them. Even though the motion controls worked fine for me I wanna be able to play this game in handheld mode so I'm using traditional controls from here on. Also there's another round of Test Punches next weekend.
