Well I wouldn't really call Amazon an always 100% accurate indicator for the entire USA. There weren't any big new releases for either consoles and the numbers overall stay true to what we know from NPD, besides North Americia is Xbox One's best selling region by far, and is only 2 million behind PS4 there.

Even so the numbers look suspect.
