From my experience so far it seems like Master Mummy is the most beginner friendly character with his super armor and heavy priority arm making it easier to punch spam, while Helix is the hardest to learn with his weirdo movements and very different default arms compared to the rest. I thought Helix was among the most popular characters but he's been used the least, guessing the aforementioned learning curve is why.

That reminds me, wasn't there a arcade stick among the 3rd party accessories for the Switch when it was announced and would it work for this game?
