Have you seen how a drug cartel operates a drug cartel isn't much better than a terrorist. There intentions are just different, but I see both rather 6 feet in the ground than breathing. Buying drugs pretty much equals supporting those cartels which terrorize thousands if not millions of people. Besides heavy drug addicts will eventually commit crimes just to get money for drugs which is a more direct result to be against drug addiction. A person doesn't need drugs snd they will destroy a human body especially drugs like meth, cocaïne and heroïn.

Just like buying phones equals supporting bloodphone wars in Congo?

Difference is a phone is an item one needs to function in society. Drugs are not necesary to function as a human being. Besides the relationship between buying drugs and supporting cartels is a lot more direct than funding war by buying gas, phones or electronics with rare substances which can only be found in war zones.Besides not every brand fuels that war equally to begin with.

Nintendo for instance buys their minerals pretty much  not bloodfree and so does HTC. They have no idea whete they come from. Dell and Microsoft on the other hand do know that after taking measures. But you can't expect people to know every little detail about ordinary legal products. You can however expect them to know that drugs are illegal and for dome  hood reasons too. If not for your own sake than for the sake of others. Companies that do buy blood minerals since it not phone exclusives probably including Sony should be punished for that though. Just like Nike got punished for child labour and BP for environmental damage.
