It's likely a glitch. Email the Admin. A few times it said I was banned but in reality was a glitch. Sometimes had to clear cache and one other time he had to fix it.
That said I do have an active account there and the place is trash. If you don't love every single thing Sony does and don't hate every single thing about Nintendo you are WRONG! there.
