Definitely but we already have long discussions about this in other threads time ago, the debate is getting sterile at this point, specially when there is so much proud in the middle. Game was charming, gorgeous, fun, hilarious, well written, with a lot of variety in the levels and it didn't felt or looked generic beyond the clonic Toads, but oh, it didn't had the same combat system as the first 2 Paper Mario so is complete shit and deserves to burn in hell... yeah, I don't think so.

 

And yet even after all the discussions, you still think that is a reason and the only reason. Makes it even cuter that you were trying accuse others of being ignorant. 

That's the only real reason, the rest are mostly excuses, if the game had the same combat system as the first Paper Mario you would be praising it right now and you know it.
