If Xbox was walking on water the complain would be because it can't swim. These folks are something else.

Actually, I was quite content with Microsoft the first year I bought my Xbox One and the first three years of the 360 generation. Microsoft has the potential to be great to all the attention they show to hardware and services, but the same issue keeps hampering them gen after gen and by now I think you know what it is.
