Tried the demo and couldnt really get in to it.

It was a tad too much for me. I will give it another chance since I was dead tired when I played it but first impressions.. not great.

Any things to consider before I re-try it later today? Wanna give it a chance !

What did put you off?
It's a strategy game, if stratagy games aren't your cup of tea it'll be hard to interest you.

Disgaea 5 is well paced, even as it has a damn lot of mechanics, it takes it time to teach the basics to you which is plenty to go over the main game.

God knows how much I love strategy games, between RTS and turn based strategy games I did play almost nothing but it for a good 14 years of my life. But the dialogue, cheesy, corny awkward sense of humor didnt do it for me. It was just a bit too slowpaced I almost wanted to skip the dialogue all along. I felt I couldnt give the actual game play any real chance because of it. Maybe it's just a bit too japanese for me..

But since I really want to have a time consuming game to play on the go especially I am going to play the demo more extensively to get a proper evaluation of it, I could change my mind. Wouldnt be the first time I was turned off from the get go but ended up loving it.
