I have to admit that I haven't played very much on my Xbox One within the last year... since most Microsoft published games now are also available on PC, where I can play them with much better performance and graphics.

I still don't regret buying and keeping my Xbox One. As long as the 360 BC ain't extended to Windows-PCs and gems like Sunset Overdrive, Halo MCC, Halo 5, Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 5 + 6 don't get ported to Windows, it will have its place. I also use it daily for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix or Blu-ray movies (it's better suited for that than my PS4 Pro: quieter, boots a bit faster and cooperates much better with my Logitech Harmony).

But yesterday it really saved me some trouble in Forza Horizon 3: an unskippable cutscene repeatedly got stuck and I couldn't progress. Instead of tinkering around, I just started the XBO-version, auto-synced the save-game and avoided that problem.

Play Anywhere / Cross-Play is awesome and I hope that some day most multiplatform games sync save-games even between different networks (Xbox Live, PSN, Nintendo Online, Steam Cloud...)
