Of course Destiny 2 isn't coming to the Switch. After the first game, they have been working hard on using every possible tech that the other consoles have to maximize the experience. Destiny 1 would have a better shot of being ported. If it is releasing this Fall, then the majority of the development happened before Switch was even a thing. Going forward, these developers who have been hard at work on large graphic projects can start thinking Switch with their "next" projects.
You can almost think of this year's big releases on PS4 and Xbox One as the last wave of releases on the "last-gen stationary" consoles before they make games on the new "dual system (less-graphic) Switch" format. It is a direction change, a process change, and not everyone will probably arrive on-time to the party and may skip it all together. It will take a year or two for everyone to get on board with Switch, if they do at all.
