I would only buy another mobile PlayStation device if it was part of the PS4 ecosystem, and it had 4G + Calling and Texting. A stand alone handheld platform is a terrible idea, and Sony doesn't have the man power to support it.
A mobilized version of the PS4 OS with Full support for PS4 Software, Apps, and Services would have a good chance at success as it would automatically be supported due to sharing the PS4 library and tech.
As for the rumor I think we will see an even more high end version of the PS4. I have predicted it since lanch. When Sony and MS went to X86 and Standard GPU tech, the writting was on the wall for a scalable ecosystem.
I expect new consoles nearly every year, with generational gaps coming once per decade if that. The tech world has changed and consoles have to change wih it or die. Sony and Nintendo have to adapt because games are their biggest business, they can not afford for consoles to die off.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
