lol no. New technology and changing trends will of course have an impact in Nintendo's artstyle, obviously. But they don't feel like Capcom/Sega designs, more like the other way around.
Just a few more things:
Splatoon is pure Nintendo design but with todays culture and tech in mind, still unlike any other company. Nothing worth disscussing.
Why only use SMB3 as the NES example? There were plenty games made by Nintendo on the NES with vastly different art styles.

How is Arms artstyle that much different from Super Punchout or Mario Kart?
