I find this funny. Each new color iteration of joycons that gets announced people get super excited and want them super bad.
I remember pre-launch how it seemed every other topic was releated to the joycons being super expensive and the reason why the system cost $100 more than people wanted. Yet now all I see is people clamoring to buy more joycons because of colors.
I feels like Amiibo all over again. People, as you did, will complain about price as they buy a dozen of them or while paying 3x the price for one from a scalper.
