What we have learned is that Comey had a habit of making memos of his meetings all the time, ever since he was a prosecutor, and he asked his staff to do the same. So there likely are momos. But so far it hasn't been shown to the public. This reportedly came from someone in the FBI close to Comey who has seen it, because Comey supposedly circulated it among his staff to create a paper trail. Assuming that this is true, this sounds like obstruction of justice, so it would be really bad for Trump. |
